Navigating the holiday season after losing a loved one can bring a mix of heavy and complex emotions—but you don’t have to carry them alone.
GriefShare: Surviving the Holidays is designed to offer gentle strength, practical tools, and a community that understands what you’re going through. You’ll learn strategies for managing traditions and emotions, and receive a take-home Holiday Survival Guide to support you.
